Ariellah has been dancing since she was 3 – although no formal training in Ballet or Tap she could pick up dance moves and steps without any problem “I’ve been known as a PAROT” At age 13 she won many dance competitions. I would see a move and be able to pick it up and interpret the move. Areillah dances like she were floating on sand, are soft and sensual with a high energy that gets the audience captivated and wanting more. Her interactive show presence is what keeps the local restaurants and shows asking her to perform.
Ariellah’s veil works and zills are extrodinaire. Ariellah continues to study and has recently returned from Egypt where she was able to take class with Raqia Hassan and Aida Nour….”That was just so exciting and I felt very privileged to study with these two very wonderful artists…and how wonderful of them to SHARE it with me”. I’m always looking to strive for better and taking workshops are where I get my skills and knowledge – teachers such as Jalilah, Sahra Saaed, Yousry Sharif and Nourhan Sharif, Hadia, and Denise Enan, Fared Salema and more.
Ariellah has been known to “Dance Like An Egyptian” – her interpretation of the music and the rythms are extrodinary. She has a large repertoire of dance styles – from Modern Egyptian, Baladi – Folkloric, Fusion and Greek. “One time I had to perform as a solo artist and I wore 3 layers to include 3 types of dance for ethnic to modern…..the audience loved it.” Ariellah loves sharing this beautiful art with her audience and most of all her students….and that is why once a year she features all her students in “Night at the Oasis” since 1999.
Ariellah is available for Diva parties, Birthday, conventions, Cultural events, fundraisers - private parties and workshops. She also instructs and teaches costume design. Her group is also available for performance at nursing homes and conventions.
Ariellah loves to share this art form and appreciates the knowledge and the skills she has obtained from her fellow dancer friends and artists sharing what they know.
