SahiraSolo Artist from: Houston, Texas, United States (available for travel) Sahira began her career as a Middle Eastern dancer in Houston under the direction of Thalia and Shakira Masood-Ali of Sirrom School of Dance. Sahira’s focus is in Egyptian style dance and American Tribal Style. She is founder and director of Houston’s premiere Tribal Style performance troupe, Urban Gypsy, and teaches both Egyptian and Tribal style dance in Houston as a resident instructor. She also specializes in zill, fan, and fire dancing. Sahira is known for her friendly and energetic style, making her a favored performer for restaurants and family events. Her passion and emotional connection with the dance and its intricacies is apparent in her deep and sensual interpretation of the music.
