Amaris Ziayanah…
Now a Certified Yoga Instructor,
Amaris has Practiced Yoga for Over 16 years,
including the time during all four of her Pregnancies.
Currently working on her Degree in Holistic Nutrition,
she has been a Vegetarian for 17 years
and has maintained a Vegan diet for the past 8 years.
It is through her Dance that Amaris has found
the Liberating Freedom of fully experiencing, embracing, and expressing
the Various Moments of Now.
Inspired to help women reconnect with themselves,
Amaris believes that through Our own Conscious Living,
Conscious Loving, and Conscious Movements,
we are able to Respect, Honor, and Cherish
the Beauty that we All are and the Wonders of what we
each have to Offer in this Life.
As a Performer…
Amaris is recognized by many as “the One who Dances with her Eyes.”
Her style is surprisingly unique,
Consisting of a Delightful Eclectic Blend of
Turkish, Tribal Fusion, Indian, and Cabaret with a Spanish Twist.
The Love and Fluidity that she expresses through
the Dance is an Intriguing and Captivating Experience.

and Enthusiasm to each of the Classes that she Offers.
She is able to provide Developmentally Appropriate,
Stimulating, and Nurturing activities that Encourage
the Wonder and Excitement in learning
for the Young and Young at Heart.
Training Schedule:
I currently offer two different types of Bellydance classes!
Each one is an exciting, innovative, and unique class that combines the flexibility and toning benefits of bellydance and yoga, but also allows a time of deep relaxation and rejuvenation - Something we all are in need of ;o)
Here I encourage you to bring a friend or two or more and share in the fun and excitement of learning and experiencing something new, while tapping into an incredibly effective stress release in a positive, uplifting and nurturing atmosphere.

Get ready to get fit in a fun and shimmy-licious way! This is a class that is made complete with high paced cardio, strengthening, and toning movements all done in a gentle and low impact way, designed for weightloss and fitness.
So nurture your self, cultivate more energy in your life, and bring out your inner diva!

Come learn the choreography of a fun and expressive World Fusion Bellydance Routine!
Gain a deeper understanding of your dance and your body while learning proper technique and isolations of various movements and the ability to blend them together through seamless transitions!
