Introduction
Carrie ToddBelly Dancing Instructor from: Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom Carrie is a very experienced and professionally trained dance teacher who has worked with groups of people of all ages from babies to pensioners. She is also a drama teacher, comic actor, children's entertainer, entertainer at nursing homes and was a special needs worker for many years. In performance Carrie may include storytelling such as the tale of Ishtar or the Arabian Nights. Her focus on enjoyment and relaxation makes her classes very special and accessible to all, including clients with a disability. Carrie is a mother of two who loves to inspire children. She is a perfect entertainer for theme nights, hen parties and other events bringing diversity and humour to any occassion. She is a member of Equity Actors' Union and has enhanced police checks to work with children. Carrie trained in ballet from the age of 8 and attended the Rambert Academy. She also teaches and performs Flamenco dance and has taught disco, jazz, tap and ballet for a number of years. Full CV and references available on request.
Currently no classes regularly as I am busy being a mother and entertainer but I am very happy to teach workshops in Scotland and possibly to start a new class in Edinburgh. |
