Hello everybody, my name like bellydancer performer and teacher is Sahadi. I studied Clasical Ballet (four years) and Contemporary Dance (almost five years) while I was studying Dramatic Art. When I finished, I went to Spain and then I studied Bellydancing with Gamal Shokry (four years) and later I studied with Delilah in Seattle (USA) (one year). When I was teaching and performing at full time, I suffered a car accident. I lost the vision of left eye forever, I had many damages in my face and I almost lost my right arm, fortunately, the surgery that the doctors practiced was a succesfull.
I was so pain, but my family and my friends were so important to me in that period. When I was in fisiotherapy, I discovered that the bellydance movements helped to me.
The therapies were admired that I recovered the hand and arm movemente very quickly and the music was nice because I enjoyed while I was doing the therapy.
Because of this experience, I know that the Bellydancing is so good for the body, mind and soul.
Now, I always say to my students that Bellydancing is erotic, beatiful, creative, etc. but we cannot forget its powerfull effects in our health.
Training Schedule:
Tuesday and Thurdays.
Basic 6 to 7 pm
Intermediate: 7 to 8 pm
Advanced 8 to 9 pm
